The Carers centre provides access to a range of training courses for Carers.  

For example, there are various ways to learn more about Computing whether it’s studying formally at a local college, or in the more relaxed atmosphere of a local learning centre.

You may require training in areas that will helpp you in your caring role, e.g moving and assisting.

In addition, we have access to local courses being held such as yoga, aromatherapy and stress management.
